Privacy	INFORMATION ABOUT PROCESSING VISITORS' PERSONAL INFORMATION Section 13, Legislative Decree 196/2003 - Privacy Code Rimini Fiera Spa would like to inform anyone interested in the event that they can provide the personal data needed to register for the event by filling in this form. Filling in the form is not mandatory, but failure to provide the required data could mean that the registration application is refused. The data collected will be processed, including electronically, by employees, contractors and professionals specifically appointed to do so by our company (the data controller), using computerised processes and methods to ensure the proper management of the services involved in registration and participation in the event, and the relative administrative and legal requirements. The data may be processed for the same purposes also by other companies in the Rimini Fiera Group and may be disclosed to external companies providing services for the event in their capacity as controllers and processors. Furthermore, subject to consent (to be provided by ticking the relevant boxes), the data you provide may be used by our company and other companies in our Group for the following purposes: a. To send promotional materials, for direct sales, market research or sales information concerning exhibition events of interest to you and products of our company or companies in our Group by post, telephone, automated calling systems, fax, email, text message or mms. b. To analyse, including electronically, data, events and visitor services in order to identify your preferences and products and services of possible interest to you. c. Your data may also be used to send sales, promotional and advertising messages by post, telephone, automated calling systems, fax, email, text message or mms concerning products and services provided by third-parties (organisers, exhibitors and operators involved in the exhibition events or other areas) wishing to make special offers to visitors to our exhibitions and events. To this end data may also be disclosed or sold to such entities in order to allow them to contact you directly with their offers. Consent to the use of your data for the above purposes is optional and does not affect registration for the event. The data will in any event be computer-processed at Group level and may be disclosed to people responsible for handling it within our Group companies, and by people appointed to handle it by trusted companies providing some of the event services on our behalf. You may at any time access your personal data and ask for it to be updated, rectified or completed if inaccurate or incomplete, erased or blocked if processed unlawfully, or object to its use for sales and marketing mailings and exercise your rights under Section 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 by contacting Rimini Fiera Spa, Via Emilia 155, 47921 Rimini, Italy or by sending an email to privacy@riminifiera.it Note that, pursuant to recent legislation, the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments and additions governing personal data protection (known as the Privacy Code) apply to individuals' personal data only and not information about companies, entities or associations (name, offices, business, etc.).
